Just wanted to check in with you guys and let you know I'm still around! Today I gave it a go at the Stamina podcast from C25K+, and found it really challenging, after 30 minutes running at a very demanding pace I couldn't endure the last 5 minute burst, I had to stop after 2 minutes, it was too much for me, but I had to say running to a beat makes me control my breathing better.

Have you ever done any of these podcasts? How did you find them?

  • Yeah They're fab 😊 all three podcasts. Do them regularly ☺

  • You did very, very good. Stamina is a tough one, I like to crack it out when I need a challenge. Don't be discouraged if you don't complete it, it's one to work at.

  • I like 'speed', great for a short run and really makes me push myself a bit (otherwise I just jog along....which is ok too of course!). I use stamina now and again - when I need a bit of encouragement Laura is always there :)

  • I liked speed as well, but I was a bit disappointed when I reached the end and realised it was a 20 minute run. It definitely challenges your legs though.
