I think there's a link from the bridge to 10k forum..

Hi

The 5k + podcasts can be found here (hope the link works!)

nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/...

However please be careful. These are for those that have followed and completed the C25k programme so have built their running legs and stamina.

From your previous posts if I recall correctly you are a new starter on the programme hoping to loose weight by running.

Whilst it is of course your own decision how you progress with any running you undertake, as many on this forum will and have advised, trying to do too much too soon usually leads to injury .

Chelle, I thought you had quit C25k to do something else. Don't start the C25k + podcasts if you have not done C25k. It's advanced 🙂

I did misswobble but changed my mind straight after as i ended up in a bad place for a few days. but doing the 12 week nhs live well plan instead as it is something I should of done at start. Still need to save for new trainers.
