Hi all, I'm just starting week 4 in the morning. Really enjoying myself, so much I think I must be doing something wrong!! Look forward to sharing my experiences in the future.

Ha ha! I think you'll find a few of us really enjoyed doing the C25K and really looked forward to the next run.

Just because it's good for you, doesn't mean it has to be miserable! ;-)

I'm glad I'm not miserable doing it!! I've never been a big runner, friends and family can see the difference in me, I don't always. But I've been losing weight so it must be working. Just thought it'd be harder!

I lost another stone when I took up running. Running is principally the way I keep the weight off, but eating healthily, walking the dog and trying to walk everywhere rather than driving really helps stay slim

C25k is just an introduction to running. Where you take it after graduation is up to you. If you want to keep running then there really are no limits, other than your own fitness of course 😀

Good luck with the programme. I read somewhere that you are a stone roses fan. I love to run to the remixed version of Resurrection. That gets the legs spinning 🙂

The Very Best of Stone Roses is my running music.
