week4 run3

hi

week 4 been a bit of a test so far and an even bigger test today due to time issues i find myself again having to do consecutive runs (third time now ) but i want to start week 5 on Monday so have to give it ago

will be careful and listen to lungs and legs and if to much will have to stop but should be ok not the first time

If it works will have completed 4 weeks in 3 weeks so will have a week in reserve well that,s the theory

And if i donn,t do it will just do it Monday

  • Consecutive runs are OK now and then, but do take care as they are very tiring. But you look as if you've got the right attitude. Have fun!
