week 4 been a bit of a test so far and an even bigger test today due to time issues i find myself again having to do consecutive runs (third time now ) but i want to start week 5 on Monday so have to give it ago
will be careful and listen to lungs and legs and if to much will have to stop but should be ok not the first time
If it works will have completed 4 weeks in 3 weeks so will have a week in reserve well that,s the theory
And if i donn,t do it will just do it Monday
