week 2 done

thanks for all the encouragement it really does help

did some digging and found out my charge 2 tracker has interval timing so can use it to keep track of run times so now know where i am during the run times and don't have to run waiting for the beep to say i can walk

now have to decide shall i return to Monday Wednesday and Friday runs and weekend off or continue with every other day

  • Well done for completing week 2, it is a great achievement to tick off the weeks as you complete them. I used to and still do run alternate days, it keeps me getting out there but at the end of the day, it's personal choice & whatever motivates you to get out there & keep on running :)
