Menstrual cycles!! I find it much more difficult to run a week before my cycle - when I am bloated and my whole body is more stiff and uncomfortable. I also tend to feel much lazier and tired. Do you have any tips for getting through this? Diet? More water? Running slower? Would love to hear!

I find this too ... my strategy was just to be more relaxed about the runs and not beat myself up if I didn't do a straight through run 😀

I actually found that running helps with pms. I always feel better afterwards! Might be more of a struggle to get out in the first place but it is worth it If you don't perform as well as you would on other days so be it. You're still out and doing it!
