Well yesterday I did my first post grad run and I just ran for the sake of it, to enjoy it, not bothered about pace or distance. I have now googled all options and I have created my own plan going forward to suit me. I intend to do one long run a week and two intervals a week and see how it goes, but tonight I will treat myself to a shandy, I know I am living it up now!

Running free with no pre-conceived idea or plan is very enjoyable. Well hopefully, but you can never know how things will actually pan out. I think most peeps try and do their longer run at the weekend or when more time is available. Lighter nights and mornings make all the difference to our running plans too. The window of opportunity is so much greater.
Have fun! Take it steady. Don't try to do too much too soon
Nice to hear of your plans post-graduation; I'm a couple of weeks off finishing the programme, but already thinking about what I want to do after I'm finished. Keep up the good work & enjoy it
