W8R1: 28 minutes, baby!

Hello everyone!

Just a quick note to let you know this morning I had my best run so far. I was a little scared at the beginning, as 25 minutes left me exhausted last week, but I don't know what happened today, when Laura announced I was half way I was stunned by how well I was feeling (usually I am ok for the first 10 minutes, after that is pure struggle til the end). I even sprinted the last 60 seconds!

I can't believe I'm at week 8 already!

  • What a delightful run! This was really uplifting to read! I finished W8R1 today and felt the SAME! Totally surprised when the app announced I was halfway done. This is the 2nd time I had to do W8R1, the first time my pace was waaay to fast. Anyway, cheers!
