Well, completed W8R3 today but felt so good after the 28 Minutes that I thought I'd do an extra 5 minutes just for fun. Turned out that this brought me up to exactly 5K with a total time of 33:23. On Saturday I ended up doing 5K by mistake after losing track of time listening to music and thought it must have been a fluke. But no, thanks to the C25K program it seems that I'm now capable of 5K and absolutely chuffed to bits with that fact....
