4 years ago today I set forth on week 1 run 1 and I can honestly say I have never looked back.

Happy runniversary! You are very inspiring and I can only hope that I can follow in your footsteps. Just 6 months in and you have got me to 10k. I am scared about increasing that further but slow and steady we will go. Love your mantra so much that when I see an incline I 'power like a panther ' too. Thank you Ju-ju.

Good on you Ju-Ju!!! You are a bit ahead of me regarding Runniversaries with C25K - but my past history is all a bit unclear now - it seems to have been so long ago - almost 3000 klms now, lost in the mists of time !!!. I did commence my running log just a little before I was officially engaged to Laura -- but I had been doing quite a bit of experimentation before I met her. Even then our first few dates were not particularity significant as I only recorded one of them during the first week - R1D2. I had even committed to parkrun before I met Laura - and I have stuck with her( parkrun that is) long after I divorced Laura. We have had 92 meetings so far - and I am intending to meet up with her for our 100th Anniversary somewhere in the UK later in May.

With around 8 parkruns to go - and a couple of commitments on Saturdays over here which may or may not happen and the weather after we arrive in the UK ( I don't do "running in the rain! " -- it will be either at my home run before we leave or at Fountains Abbey parkrkrun
