Beat the Street

The school I work at are participating in Beat the Street, which is a fun challenge, encouraging exercise in the neighbourhood. I can incorporate it into my routine and qualify for spot prizes too! We have a beat the street by us for my little boys school - great way of getting out running/walking/cycling!

Think this is due to start again after half-term and quite looking forward to it.

I've just looked into it and it looks like a great initiative! I recently finished my MSc focused on behaviourism and behaviour change so it's really interesting to see those principles in action!
