Who would have thought little old me would get to W7R1 of C25k!

I'm feeling so blessed right now...my fitness levels are returning, I'm losing weight (although my daughter says I'm not cuddly any more) and despite this picture, am definitely looking better, too.

I can't wait to graduate...30 minutes run ring, non-stop...how fab will that be?

I'm 1 run behind you and I still can't believe I'm running! I still have to master the weight loss/good eating bit and I know that if I did I could run faster as I would be carrying less weight.....but I love my food :/ many congrats on your run 😊

I like my food, too...chocolate especially! However, I still have most of my Christmas chocolate...that's amazing in itself! I am trying very hard to be good (although yesterday we were at the Strictly tour at the O2, so spoiled myself a bit then...but back on the calorie counting today.)

I expect you will catch up, if not overtake me by the end...I seem to have injured myself a couple of times so far and have a nice blood blister on my foot at the moment (the hemiplegic side takes a battering) but that won't stop me!

I'm not going to try running faster until I've graduated..then will increase speed etc slowly after that.

Less than 3 weeks (hopefully) until I graduate 😁 About the same for you, too!

Good luck with the rest of your runs - and with the eating - or lack of it!

Thanks McFitty! I may even start a countdown. Just got to remember to tell the hospital before I have my op or they'll be overdosing me on anaesthetic, lol...lost a bit of weight since the pre-op - and can run for 9 minutes longer!

Hopefully I will get a couple of weeks as a graduate before I have my op...then can look forward to starting again a few weeks later!

I hope the op. goes well and you're back on your feet and running as a graduate.
