Hi all been keeping up with some posts on here on and off, but not been posting or doing c25k for awhile. I recently started again and about a week ago I did wk1R1 for the first time, due to commitments I had a few days off and tried to do R3 last Thursday and it was difficult, I did majority of it but it was difficult.

I am going to try wk 1 again this week and I'm hoping to progress on from there.

In September they have a 10k run near me, (which you can do a mixture of both walk / run) and I was hoping to apply for this but after Thurs I'm not sure I can do the wk 1 let alone anymore. I wanted something to aim for. Anyway Im going to get this week out of the way before thinking any further.

Roll on wk 2....... 🤔🤗

If you stick with it and run regularly 10k is doable by September. But you have to want it!
