Week 8 is upon me!

I can't believe next week is my last week! I've just completed W8R1 and pushed to 30 minutes as I thought I was hitting over 5km, in actual fact I didn't and it was just Runkeeper messing up, with the extra I did I managed 4.7km. I'm still very happy with that, but it's a little annoying at the same time.

I have a Park Run planned for the 18th Feb, that'll be the date of my last run in the programme, I can't wait to give that a go!
