R1W4 completed. Rather a large leap this week and the second 5 minute run was tough but I told myself I could do it (literally out loud like some crazy woman) and I did. In pouring rain. Feels good. Ooh and my new running top arrived today - can't wait for Wednesday!

Well done on your W4 run Annie. Sometimes i've been known to give myself a stern talking to as well - just try not to do it within earshot of anyone around me!
