Boulder holder recommendations

I am looking to buy a second pair of Boulder holders (sports bra) where nothing moves, chaffs or slips out! My old shock absorber has gone past the point of no return so I need something new. There is a zip up the front shock absorber but am concerned about holding everything in without coming unzipped lol. It needs to be in the 32d ish realm. What would you recommend please?

I have two of the M&S zip front sports bras and the assistant said make sure the zip is turned down when it's zipped up! I find these quite comfortable, supportive and easy to get on!

Thank you, I will look into these. Easy to get on would be a bonus as I am not double-jointed lol.

I use the M&S zip front one too, I really like it. I find most fancy sport brands don't seem to carry bigger cup sizes, and when they do you spend 10 minutes trying to get into one before a sales assistant, drawn by the cries of a trapped customer in the fitting room, says vaguely, "Oh yes, they size small in this cut."

I would recommend these too. You don't need to be a contortionist to get them on or off and they hold everything in very securely!

I cannot recommend the Sweaty Betty running bras enough. Fantastic. No movement whatsoever, in any direction. They're not cheap, but they last really well and do the job nicely. They dry quickly too, which is a real bonus. Worth watching out for sales.

Hadn't thought of sweaty Betty! Are they easy to get on?

Very. Just like a normal bra, you have the option of clipping the two sides together at the back to provide more support. It took me a couple of practices, but now it is done without thinking.

I've bought two of these now as I loved the first one so much although I got mine a bit cheaper! They've been used and washed loads of times and still fit perfectly and don't move on the run. Highly recommended.

I bought some LA Gear ones from sports direct. I'm a 32E and they seem to work well for me :)

After my breast surgery (mastectomy followed by lumpectomy) and recon work I bought the zip up ultra high intensity sports bra from M&S as everything on my chest hurt when I ran. I was wearing a normal sports bra pretty much all the time even in bed, but needed something to stop any movement when I was running. It has been absolutely brilliant and has never come undone.

This is the only one I've found which seems to actually work and let me run! Would highly recommendeven though you have to handwash it which is a bit if a pain...

Shock absorber all the way here! Not the really complex one, just the one disguised as Clifton suspension bridge, more like a normal bra but they're quite well structured. I guess everyone is different - can you get to John Lewis for a fitting?

Good luck and happy, non- floppy running!

Well I am having an extra rest day today so I managed to persuade hubs to come boulder holder shopping on a promise of coffee and cake! I have tried on many sports bras and I have to say I need a racer back. Some of the cross over backs were almost impossible to get on lol. So glad cameras are not allowed in changing room as there was a few good giggles to be had! I took a trip to m&s and the best fit there was the zip front high intensity bra. I am amazed but will try it out on Thursday. Here's hoping I don't flash myself to anyone lol. The zip does look industrial! I also found a shock absorber on offer in my size so I got that too. Can't have enough cleavage coverage! Hubs also pointed out some running pants which I picked up as well. Feeling happy but lazy!
