I can't believe I'm about to start the final week. To all of you who are just starting out and think you won't be able to finish - YOU CAN!! I'm not saying it's easy but it's so, so worth it and the feeling of achievement is wonderful.
For me only 3 runs left then I'll be looking for the next programme.
