Big Issue North 23-29 January.

I bought my usual Big Issue North yesterday and there is an article about a girl who has, like us started running from nothing and has recently run in the New York marathon.

She has mentioned Couch to 5k in her article as a great starting point for beginners.

I'm not sure if the article will be in all the regional magazines, but hey, why not buy one and have a look, it will be helping someone out anyway!

Oooh.. a contestant on Pointless the other day mentioned he liked running and had done it through Couch to 5k..

Did anyone else see it? Does he post on the forum?
