W3R2 I can't believe I'm enjoying this.

Hi all! I just found out about this community, it is a great place for inspiration! I have to say I hated W1 but by the end of W2 I found myself craving the run. The first run of W3 was a bit daunting, but I managed to finish it and today I did the first 90 seconds as it was nothing. I am beginning to control my breathing and that makes a huge difference! I usually find the second run of the week the most difficult, is this something you feel as well?

Well done. They are a great bunch of people on here so inspirational.

I'm working my way through W4 at the moment, for me it seems to be Run 3 that is my most taxing but I think that's because I have to do it after I've been on my feet for quite a while at work. I'm lucky that 2 of my days are when I am off so I can go first thing in the morning when I'm fresh. Just make sure you go slow and steady so you don't use all the energy up too quickly. That's what I have found helps me. Good luck x

I always found the middle run of the three the hardest. I've no idea why! You are doing fabulously well. If you found your first 90 seconds easy going, you've obviously found the right pace (have to admit week 3 was one I really struggled with).

Just keep following the programme, slow and steady. Before you know it, you'll be running further and for longer than you ever imagined☺☺

Welcome to the best thing ever!

Take the programme gently and keep it slow and steady.. it is a fun journey and if you follow it carefully, you will reach the Graduation Podium injury free! It will build up week by week.. take those rest days.. some exercises too will help and just listen to your body!

Onward and upward :)

Hey, I'm doing W3 as well, and I know what you mean about the craving! It feels so good! I had to adjust my pace in W2 and now I'm finding W3 fine. Hope the pleasure of it carries you through!
