W4R2 - better!

With the slightly increased temperature, breathing/asthma was easier today (although pavements seemed more slippery this morning) and I got through W4R2 much easier than W4R1 so am quite pleased, felt more positive at the end of today's run as it felt relatively comfortable.

Will do W4R3 on Thursday probably then move up to W5 at the weekend..

Thank you! Am pleased as slept badly and got up late but overall felt good.

We didn't get the predicted fog luckily!
