Well, there's no turning back now.

Mam and I have officially signed up for the Rainbow Run in aid of Ty Hafan Children's Hospice, which means sticking to the C25K programme with no excuses, come hell or high water we WILL graduate the programme and we WILL both get splattered with paint and win a medal each for charity.

I can already hear Gremlin Cecelia screaming in horror, hahaha
