Penultimate week done

Did the third run of week 8 this evening. Almost the same distance as the last. Started slowly but somewhere in the middle upped the pace and that was a bit ambitious in hindsight as after a while I slowed down again. For some reason I've found week 8 harder than 7. Didn't know 3 minutes makes such a big difference.

That said will hit the ground running next week. Pun intended nice weekend people!
