Got a new duvet. Slept like a baby.

Wait, that's irrelevant. Or is it? It's an amazing feeling when one has well rested. Okay I will stop rambling to myself now. I was very anxious about the 3 minute run today.

.

The sky hasn't cleared. Should I or should I not, hmm, beeb says it won't rain until the morning.

.

Started my warming up. Before I know it, it's the first short run. Nervous. Got through it. Here it comes. 3 minutes run, she said. If difficult slow down the pace, she said. I followed it religiously. Before I know it 30 seconds remaining she said. Broke down tremendously. Started crying like a newborn. Didn't stop running though.

.. Well done! she said, remember I ran continuously three time the duration compared to a week ago she said .. Man, I was laughing like a maniac in the middle of road.

.

I can't believe I repeated the whole thing again, a short run and a long one. Still the final two minutes were really painful. Slowed down to a snail pace still I wasn't exactly walking.

.

That was a roller coaster of emotions today! I am still anxious and still laughing with a tear in my eyes. I am sure my neighbour's dog thinks I have gone insane!

:)

Well done and just try to remember that the programme is designed to make every step up in the continuous running period to be manageable and in line with the small, steady improvements in fitness that you are already making.

Thanks.

I do have to say that it is marvellous that a lot of meticulousness and research has gone into this programme.

If I can, you can!

I was repeating the phrase "I can do it!" to myself at one point while running. It got me though that.

Hope yours will be a smooth one!

Thank you, I like reading about other people achieving it as seems more possible!

I'm hoping it might surprise me like the previous two weeks!

Great post. Extremely well done, I'm really pleased for you. You have a great can do attitude! The feelings of doubt are totally normal, but when you chant yourself through and achieve it, it's a great feeling, isn't it! Happy running through this programme. 👏🏻👏🏻🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻😀😀
