Week 2 day 2 and feeling great

Commenced with the second run of week two tonight and although it was freezing it felt great and was the best run yet. Really feel like I'm making progress now and managing so much better, oh and did I say I'm feeling great haha πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

At same stage as you,. Well done... I was feeling a bit I'll last night and felt awful when I got home so hopefully next run might be feeling a bit more positive .. will shake this cough/ head cold first...It's good/inspiring to hear your positivity so early in the programme.

Thank you. I realise I sleep much better after the sessions too, desperate to go out again today but going to resist as I don't want to overdo it so perhaps I'll go for a walk.

I understand that it's so tempting to run the next day when it's felt so good the day before but you're doing the right thing by having a rest day. It's so important for your body and muscles to have that time to recover so you're ready and able to run the next time. :)
