Thanks JJ. I'm happy that I'm more eager to get out there this week. I think the race on NYE is what has put the spring back in my step - I don't generally have any races for a couple months before and after so it's very exciting. That's probably why January is usually the month I clock the most miles in every year.

I am currently in bed at a remote bed and breakfast in the dales 🙂 Feeling much better apart from my goddam front teeth. Hope to be able to run by Thursday. My knees are a bit battered and bruised but nothing more
