Enjoyed a damp run in the Manchester drizzle

Well just back from a really enjoyable run in the drizzle . Two days ago I had a really hard run with my personal trainer and it has taken me a couple of days to recover .However he did tell me that the effort was good and it would improve my future runs

How right he was , I have just returned from a post work 5 k , my fastest yet at 27 mins and I really enjoyed it

Now sitting with a Lime and soda with a slice of lemon waiting for hubby to plate up his home made curry and cauliflower rice . All is well in the dex household
