Enjoyed the podcast and music so first day success. As a lapsed runner my previous back to running attempts have been over-ambitious and even though I've tried my own walk/run plan I've always finished feeling I could have should have done better. I know it's only day 1, but it's left me feeling positive - wish I'd done C25K when I restarted last year!
