Hello my running friends. I haven't run for almost 8 weeks (not due to injury) and was only 3 runs away from graduating. Needless to say i am devastated 🙁 Where would you advise I start again from? Your advice, as always, is much appreciated.

You could dive back in where you left off and see how you get on. If that doesn't work then try the earlier week.
It might not be pretty but you'll soon get back into it. Good luck 🙂
When I had been on the injury coach, even though I had graduated, I started at wk 3, and did one run of each week until I found my level. I'm back to regularly running 5k now. It worked for me but you need to consider all options that might be right for you. I'm sure others will also have ideas to share.
I took an 8 week break after I graduated, and I started back up from W1 in October. I found the first 3 weeks easy though so you can skip ahead if you find a particular week too easy. Good luck!
Try the same run and see how you get on if it is to much go back to wk6 run 1. That is the last week of intervals so it can help you get back into it.
