Best start to new year EVER

Well January 1st and it started with a run. I'm 36 and this has been my best start to a new year. I've got the bug and I love it. I've been poorly this last week and it tested my fight or flight. I've never stuck to anything for long, swimming, bike, gym, fitness DVDs, etc etc and I've never run in my life but last week it was freezing, I was full of cold and I was home with the family eating and drinking but I still was desperate to get out which was my biggest test and I proved to myself I'm sticking to this because I love it. I'm not fast and I'm certainly not a pretty runner but I'm proud 😊 so for all you new year couch to 5k's get out do it and you might just find 'your thing' and never look back. I'm over the moon with my new 'thing'. Good luck everyone x
