First parkrun

Just completed my very first parkrun this morning. Time was 36m 39s. I was very happy with that. Especially when my friend and I ran 5k the other night we managed it in 37m.

Parts of it were quite muddy and slippy but I loved it. Everyone made us very welcome.

Parkrun is fab and I'd recommend it to everyone if you have access. Very friendly and welcoming - I did my 2nd today.
