In the beginning Strength and Flexability

Just started first Day dont like wandering around with the podcast at home, and dont get out much. So do all my exersizing here for the time being. I am going to walk and cycle my way round the mobile part within the house . got the space and a exersize byke. am at this stage writting out the Exersizes and when they are introduced in the walking program. with the times,number of times effort and breathing instructions where aplicable. think I will find that just as easy to follow and i can tick of completion and comments as i progress dates times and any probs. Looking good. and my wife doing it also. Photos next update
