W6R2 complete!

So I have completed W6R2 - a bit later than scheduled because me and my newly qualified search and rescue dog were called out to our first mission! So we still both got some exercise in, but definitely not running through thick bushland!

I had heard that going back to intervals could be more difficult than anticipated, but I actually found it nice to be able to take a bit of a walk between runs. The first 10 minute section was tough this morning, but the second was not as bad as I thought it would be, there were four minutes in there that seemed to just disappear!

Hopefully everything keeps going to plan, and I will be graduated just after my 26th birthday!
