Went out this morning at 8am and did my first christmas virtual run. Did a nice leisurely 5k in 35 mins. Agreed to 2 runs per week so Intend to get out again Friday morning for another 5k. Have been getting back into running again over the last couple of months after an extended leave of absence due to a health scare. Looking forward to getting back into the old routine of 3 runs a week.
