Dad and son 5k Xmas run

Had to do a 5k today as part of my 10k training and my eldest son came with me to try out his wireless headphones lol so no conversation. Found it very tiring with heavy legs, can't wait to get back on healthy eating after Xmas.

Callum was 21 in November and he's at uni so I don't see him much so every day with him is a blessing, so chuffed he came running with me, it's great isn't it knowing you each motivate the other
