Hello to All,

Some of you know me already and the new comers maybe not. I have been out of action for a while due to the dreaded I.C., but hope to be up and "running" again very soon.

It's been a wonderful year (especially graduating) and running has certainly bettered my lifestyle. For those who are about to graduate well done getting this far. Those of you half way, keep at it the light at the end of the tunnel is here. Those who have just started, take your time, don't rush and remember it's not a race have fun!!

Hopefully you will see me posting and more regular on here. Thought I will wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Good to see you've got a cunning "come back" plan. At minute everyone is trying to squeeze in runs between Xmas and hurricane "Barbara". My sister-in-law is named Barbara. Definitely something you want to avoid, if you know what I mean !!

Will probably fit in run Xmas Day morning before rain arrives and the "Real" Barbara !
