Christmas and New Year Greetings

Back in April I decided to start running and commenced c25k. I have run almost every week since (only 1 week off for a bad head cold). How amazing is that and I am loving it all. I would not have banished the gremlins nor bad habits or even finished the programme without the support of this forum and all the advice of its many wise owls . So with Christmas approaching I have been looking back to what I have achieved, and it's timely to send a big big thanks for your support this year and best wishes to you all for 2017.

That's such a nice post. I haven't contributed to giving you advice, but just wanted to wish you a very happy Christmas and a great 2017! :)
