I went for my 3rd post-graduation run yesterday night and was excited to fully completed 5k so I did (subtracting the 0.4k I did during the 5 minutes warm-up) but then got near 6k running + walking so went to 6k.
Anyway, completed 6k in 40 minutes running plus 10 minutes walking - I was slow as a bit tired.
Back pretty painful today, might take it a bit more easy for the next few days, stick to a 20 / 30 minutes run regardless of the distance covered...
On holiday tonight and looking forward to have a nice (big) glass of Baileys to celebrate the Christmas holiday
