I think the title says it all - did my W9R3 this morning, I found it really hard going but I just wanted to get it out of the way !!!

The longer runs seem to take their toll on my knees, so have been having 2 rest days between runs. I intend to drive down to the beach on Wednesday & run along the front using the last podcast - so I can work out the distance time (I don't carry a phone or watch).

There are a couple of park runs near - Eastbourne & Hastings, so if anybody attends these please drop me a line. I might even try & do Christmas Eve.

This forum has been invaluable, I look forward to seeing how other people are doing each day. The majority of the posts/people are inspiring & it's just the odd one that makes me shout at the screen.

My advice..... If anybody wants it - just START don't put imaginary obstacles in the way.

Merry Christmas everyone & happy birthday to me - completing C25K was a present to myself !!!

Yay, well done you! Congratulations!! Hope you have an extra mince pie to celebrate.

And it's a great idea to do parkruns. It gives some structure to the running week while still leaving 6 days for you to do your own thing.
