Hey everyone. You may remember I posted on here a few weeks ago after tearing ligaments in my foot and getting impatient. Well, today, I returned to the gym and started week 1 again and it felt great! a little bit achy but it has been 3 months, but feeling so positive. Thanks for all the support. I finally feel like I'm on the road to 5km once more πŸ˜€
