Well I managed W3R2 this morning and it wasn't too bad, although I'm not sure I could have managed much more!

Now I'm properly committed to this, I plan to go and get some new running shoes tomorrow. Hopefully I can run for sufficient time for them to do a gait analysis. My Christmas present to myself

Well done ! I bought some new shoes last week ! Wasn't going to rely on that Santa bloke !

From this forum I can see that he is too busy doing 'Santa runs' all over the place !

Still now as you I rarely have enough puff left to do much more at end of run But having the small goals to achieve helps and am still improving . But very slowly.
