What a rollercoaster of a journey. We never thought week 1 was possible and week nine was only a dream. Although my wife graduated a couple of weeks ago, shin pain kept holding me back. But after 8 days of no running I jumped back on the program and finally finished week 9 r3 pain free π
I totally enjoyed my last 2 runs , what a difference it makes just to run for the enjoyment
i think the best advice I can give is take it steady, take it slow, take your time
And thanks to everyone in here that's helped support and encourage me throughout π
