Tried the first run of week 4 yesterday. The 5 minute run led daunting at first but a steady pace got me through it without trouble. As promised it really is getting easier to do the runs as I go along. Once again did it on a treadmill with a pace of 4.3 miles per hour to keep it slow and steady.
For run two I will be back on the road again.

My treadmill is out of action so I ventured outside for the first time on Sunday, should be out tomorrow if I get up early enough, if not will delay to Thursday when treadmill is fixed. I enjoyed being outside, but just not sure about being out in the dark at the moment.
