Yesterday I completed run 1 of week 4 - again. Fingers crossed that I have no knee problem this time . It was hard but I did it - onwards and upwards 😀

Well done ! Hopefully your knees will start to get used to your running habit. I found early on into the C25K that various boy parts , knees , ankles and others used to ache .
Sometimes they still do but the pain has become more of a niggle and seems to disappear as fast as it came. Think my joints are saying to themselves " Right I'm not putting up with this running lark and I'm going to protest" but as I ran longer and ignored the niggle my joints protested for a bit but now have decided to give up ! they say to themselves " I'm going to protest ! Oh hell he's not listening . I might as well talk to myself. I give up".
Obviously here many say "listen to your body". If your knees make it difficult to start your next run then maybe take a longer rest. This is for you to decide.
