So I didn't post at all for Week 2, but I found it a breeze to be honest, Week 1 was definitely harder for me mentally and physically. I absolutely appreciated everybody's kind words of encouragement on my first post
I completed W3R1 yesterday and surprised myself by getting through it. I kind of psyched myself out of it thinking for SURE I wouldn't maintain the 3 minute runs but I DID IT and I completed it.
Tomorrow I am going to be fitted for some proper running shoes. I've been using my usual trainers that I use for walking my dog and think it's time to commit the money to some nice new shoes to keep me going.
So here I am looking forward to tomorrows W3R2 and keeping one foot in front of the other.
