Another Parkrun PB yesterday. I am now on 30:42. Didn't set out to run a PB, didn't even feel I was going fast. It just kind of happened. I only went out once last week for a 20 min jog! Hoping to do my usual 4 sessions this week though. Interval training tomorrow, 40 min jog on Wednesday, 20 min easy jog on Thursday and Parkrun on Saturday.

Well done! So close now. I have a similar story; started in May 2016, aged 52 and a PB of 31:11. I'm determined to crack the 30 minutes soon.

All the best with your running 😀
