I know it's not proper graduation yet but went for my W9R1 and it felt good, really good. So at the end of the 30 minutes still felt ok so I carried on until I reached 5k. Which I did in 37 minutes.
I'm so so proud and pleased. When I started this journey on the 10th August I was struggling to run 60 seconds!
Carry on newbies and fellow runners is the best feeling ever!

Fabulous news Sylvie. Really great and to run on to hit that 5k on w9r1, seriously good effort. Looking forward to hearing about your second run and of course your graduation run soon. Rest now though, won't you. 👏🏻👏🏻🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻😀😀
