Week 7: run 3

I don't know whether it's because I ran somewhere flatter, that I had two dogs instead of one*, or simply that it does get easier on the third go, but this afternoon's run was definitely not as difficult to finish as the other day's was.

I went out at about 3pm, so it was cooler than many of my recent outings so that possibly helped as well.

I even managed to speed up a bit for the whole of that last minute \0/.

*ETA

I feel I need to mention that the dogs were another thing to focus on, rather than any actual help - every other dog we came across was going in the other direction and all my daughter's dog wanted to do was go play with them (not helpful when she's attached to me and my own dog!)
