Brisk walking is a great way to start your journey. It's how I got ready for the program. Take it nice and steady you'll be running before you know it. Good luck and keep us posted.

Hi! Northala Fields is a lovely place to run or walk, and there is a Parkrun there every Saturday at 9am. Are you following the Couchto5k programme?
