Yes, Parkrun is great, gives motivation, I've now done 28.You also get points when you run or volunteer a sort of loyalty bonus. Am running at my local one on Saturday and also Christmas eve & possibly Christmas day, yes my local Parkrun is on for Xmas day, then New years eve and New Years day which is the only day 2 Parkrun's can be run on the same day, as one of my next local Parkrun's is starting at 10.10am I may give that a go with my nephew, depends how I feel. 💪😊

Still not made it to a parkrun I think it is the being the slowest or last across the line fear that has stopped me (and the 15 mile drive there and back??) But a Christmas Eve run sounds like a great idea to me so maybe I might push myself to do it.
