So after my post last week bemoaning that work and life was getting in in the way of my C25K, I managed to fit in W2R2 yesterday, and have R3 in the diary for Friday.
I found I had to slow the pace a little bit yesterday to get through it, but I did get through it.
Once I get this week over with I hope that normal service will be resumed and I can get back on track with 3 runs a week.
I just want to add that the support on here is so fabulous. You guys are great at motivation laced with plenty of common sense and perspective.

Well done for getting out there ! As others say just take it easy. Even now I sometimes have to slow my pace down to make sure I do the time !
Probably over xmas most here will have time pressures on devoting time to running !
I'm worried about my mince pie pressures ! Love mince pies ! May aim is to eat less mince pies this year (could be hard). Aim to run more is easy. Didn't run at all last year !
I find it really helps putting it my diary because I'm then saying to myself all day at work that I'm going for a run when I get home tonight (or a walk/jog, depending on which week and which run!). I try to put the next week and bit in (although I've had to move them all along from the last week and a half as I've had bronchitis - but they are all still there waiting for me to be well enough to carry on!) - sometimes it's a case of 'I'll have to run that day because the next time can only be....'.
